24/7 Dads - What is being a dad all about? It’s about understanding that your children need you. It’s a game of catch or an afternoon tea party. It’s soccer practices and school plays, and it’s about taking the time to listen, and the time to be there. It’s full-time job that requires a 24/7 Dad™! Developed by fathering and parenting experts, 24/7 Dad™ focuses on the characteristics that men need to be an involved father 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This community-based program helps men develop the attitudes, knowledge, and skills they need to get - and stay - involved with their children.
- Group meets Tuesday nights from 5:30 to 7:00pm at The Good Samaritan Inn (711 W. Mulberry St. Salem). Transportation and child care assistance provided. Ask at time of registration. Questions about this program or to sign up can be directed to Beth Armstrong at 883-5565 or Joe Bergeron at 603-7147.
